Energy Medicine is a subtle energy therapy that works with the body’s natural intelligence to facilitate deep healing and transformation. Using biofeedback (Energy Testing) and biofield assessments, this approach identifies imbalances in the body's energy systems and applies targeted techniques to restore harmony.
With the philosophy that if it can be tested, it can be tracked; if it can be tracked, it can be healed, this modality places the intelligence of your own body and energy at the center of the healing process—identifying areas of focus and applying the best protocols and techniques for you. This method goes beyond surface-level transformation, identifying and addressing energetic imbalances at their root—allowing individuals to reconnect with their true selves and release what stands in the way of lasting well-being and alignment— whether it’s physical, emotional, energetic, spiritual, or relational.

After a 15+ year career as a tech founder, renowned jazz musician, entrepreneur, healer, and coach, I can attest to "the only thing constant in life is change!" It’s learning how to harness, navigate, and create impactful change that leads to true fulfillment, freedom, and purposeful living.
I've done the deep healing work, while, navigating the responsibilities of life, business, family, and beyond. It's been a long road of twists and turns, tough decision-making, and sacrifice to realize how to stay rooted in my own skin and to keep life and work in line with my values and priorities. It hasn't been easy but it has absolutely been worth it.
